The MEDINCUS Hearing and Speech Center has been providing services in diagnostic testing, treatment and rehabilitation of hearing, voice, speech and balance disorders, sales of hearing aids and hearing implants for 21 years.
The MEDINCUS network includes 15 outlets in Poland and 7 foreign branches.

logistic patient service
Requirements:
- Good computer skills,
- Stress resistance,
- Patient orientation, high personal culture, empathy,
- Highly developed interpersonal skills,
- Experience in customer service,
- English/Russian language skills are welcome.
Job Description:
- Phone service for medincus group patients,
- Provide information on hospital services offered and price list,
- Maintaining a high standard of patient service,
- Building relationships with patients and taking care of the company’s image,
- Cooperation with other departments of the company,
- Shift work, eight hours (7 am – 6 pm).
