CSIM INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION:
Care of foreign patients The main tasks of the foreign department include coordinating the care of patients – foreigners who do not speak the Polish language and who come to Kajetan from abroad for appointments and surgical procedures.
We coordinate patients’ arrivals in Kajetan starting with determining the type of health ailment (nose, ear, throat) and directing them to the appropriate specialist in a particular field, through scheduling the next necessary visits and examinations.
We assist in completing the formalities of the patient’s stay in Poland, as well as those accompanying him.
Even before the patient’s arrival, on the basis of examinations sent to us, we consult with doctors about a particular case of illness.
During their stay at the MEDINCUS International Hearing and Speech Center Hospital in Kajetany, each foreign-language patient receives our full language support in various situations, whenever they need such assistance.
We are with patients during appointments and examinations, explaining what kind of preparations are required before proceeding to a particular examination.
At the request of patients, we translate some test results and medical recommendations.

Clinical and scientific cooperation with centers abroad MEDINCUS Hearing and Speech Center is systematically developing clinical and scientific cooperation with countries in Asia, Eastern Europe and Africa.
To date, screening tests have been conducted among hundreds of elementary school children in Ukraine, Romania, Russia, Moldova, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Congo, Tanzania, Senegal and Rwanda.
Numerous publications about the MEDINCUS Hearing and Speech Center regularly appear on the pages of Russian- and English-language magazines and on medical-related websites. Promotion of CSiM MEDINCUS at foreign fairs, conferences and exhibitions The international cooperation team promotes CSiM ‘ s services at numerous fairs and exhibitions, presenting the medical offer and helping to organize arrival and stay in Poland. Cooperation with medical tourism agencies MEDINCUS Hearing and Speech Center has been cooperating with the medical tourism sector in Eastern European and Asian countries for years.

7 MEDINCUS FACILITIES ABROAD
MEDINCUS Hearing and Speech Center is expanding its operations in foreign markets.
To be even closer to our patients, we have opened branches in Ukraine – in Odesa, Lutsk and Kyiv, in Kyrgyzstan – in Bishkek and Osh, in Senegal in Dakar, in Kazakhstan in Shymkent.
Doctors and specialists from foreign branches regularly participate in training sessions not only at the Center’s headquarters in Kajetany, they also improve their skills at a number of international conferences, conventions and workshops.
