The MEDINCUS Hearing and Speech Center has been providing services in diagnostic testing, treatment and rehabilitation of hearing, voice, speech and balance disorders, sales of hearing aids and hearing implants for 21 years.
The MEDINCUS network includes 15 outlets in Poland and 7 foreign branches.
Due to the dynamic growth of the company, we are looking for people for the position of: Medical instrument technician
Responsibilities:
- Service care for patients using hearing implants,
- Testing of equipment after repairs,
- Maintenance of service records,
- Maintaining ongoing contact with manufacturers’ service departments,
- Attention to the highest quality of maintenance services,
- Handling correspondence with patients by electronic and traditional means,
- Conducting remote speech processor services,
- Supervision of external warehouse stocks at the facilities,
- supervision of patient databases.
Requirements:
- good knowledge of English,
- Russian language skills welcome,
- Responsibility, conscientiousness and independence in work,
- resistance to stressful situations,
- ease of networking,
- Good computer skills (especially MS Office package),
- Welcome but not essential work experience in a similar position.
